Featuring Keynote Speaker Héctor Sánchez-Flores,
Executive Director of the National Compadres Network (NCN)


Mr. Sánchez-Flores leads local and national efforts in positive male involvement, fatherhood, parent engagement,and culturally appropriate child development. He launched The California Fatherhood Initiative to bring attention to fathers' needs and build organizational capacity to serve fathers. Under his leadership, National Compadres Network was awarded the Latino Community Foundation's 2015 Leading Change Award.
